WHERE'S MY PACKAGE? 

If your package is in transit and the tracking information has not updated in over a week, please contact us! If your package has been marked as delivered, we are not responsible for the missing mail. 

If you can't locate your delivered package try contacting your local post office and asking neighbors if they picked it up accidentally. Often times packages are stolen, picked up by others by mistake, put in your neighbor's mailbox, etc. We are not responsible for this, unfortunately! If your package is marked as delivered, but hasn't arrived we recommend waiting a few days to see if it gets delivered. Ask your neighbors if they picked it up by mistake or if it was dropped at their address accidentally. This happens a lot in apartment complexes! You can also try calling or stopping by your local post office to see if they're holding your package. 

Please note that our graphic tees are screen printed at the time of order and your shirts may ship in a separate package from the rest of your order if you are ordering other items.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS! HELP!

If you notice that the shipping address you entered at checkout is wrong after placing an order please email howdy@shopmagicsociety.com as soon as possible so we can update your order and make sure that your purchase goes to the right address.

I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING. HOW DO I DO THAT?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Magic Society we  want ever customer to be happy! If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason please email us at howdy@shopmagicsociety.com and we will make it right. 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of original purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of order delivery if you would like to return or exchange any of the items in your order. Please not that if your item show signs of being worn more than just trying on for size we will not be able to refund you.

We can offer you store credit or a refund for your return once we receive it. We do not refund shipping on orders and you are responsible for the return postage. 

SALES & CLEARANCE

All items marked as Sale & Clearance are final sale and are ineligible for return or exchange, so please double check sizing when you order!

WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?

Pre-order items ship by the noted pre-order ship by date in the item description. If a pre-order item's ship time is delayed for any reason, you will receive an email notifying you of the new ship by date. Once your pre-ordered items ships you will receive an email with tracking info.

MY JUDY BAG'S MAKEUP IS RUBBING OFF!

Judy is a delicate flower who needs special attention! Every Judy Bag comes with a detailed care guide, but in case you missed it, here are the instructions. Your Judy bag is crafted from authentic deadstock blowup doll material, making each Judy bag a one-of-a-kind work of art thanks to the blow-up doll printing process. To keep your bag looking absolutely fabulous, you may need to show it some extra love every once in a while. When you set her on a surface, aim to avoid placing her face down. And if she happens to get a little messy, a bit of soap and water on a soft cloth will work magic to cleanse away the grime. For pesky spots, try rubbing alcohol, but be sure to avoid her makeup paint to preserve her glam look. She's a high-maintenance girly, but totally worth it.
